IT'S THE MIX THAT MAKES IT WORK – DIADORA BAG AND ELENA ANKLE BOOTS

'Everything was better in the good old days' - this nostalgic phrase can be heard time and again and I often catch myself mentally rolling my eyes. Do you feel the same? But the course of fashion shows us that from time to time, there must be something to this idea. Not for nothing do classics with a heritage flair win our hearts again and again. Like AIGNER's Diadora series. Creative Director Christian Alexander Beck already drew inspiration from previous AIGNER models for today's Diadora Bag in the last Fall/Winter 2017 collection and has since managed to revitalize the classic every season with new influences.

This season, I lost my heart to the version with the quilted logo in burgundy. In combination with the rocking studded strap and the Elena Ankle Boots in the ocelot print on pony skin, which will soon be available, it leaves nothing to be desired. In my eyes, it is a successful mix of classic and modern elements. I fittingly shortened my high waist skinny jeans to cycling length, just like in the nineties. Jane Fonda would certainly be thrilled. Worn with the leo dress as a blouse, a whole new look is born. It is simply fun to reinvent oneself every day thanks to fashion and still be true to one's roots and very own style.

Yours, Kate
